Lately I’ve been dreaming all night long. I dream so much that it doesn’t feel like I’m asleep so I don’t feel rested in the morning. And 80% of my dreams are anxiety ridden nightmarish hellscapes. It’s a horrible way to sleep. I just want to be unconscious when I rest. Fuck.
