Turns out I do need the surgery after all. Also they found something else in my scan yesterday that was possibly missed at the ER? 😭
(Not life threatening, but better to have it removed and prefer to not go into more detail than that.)

Many days later and the company finally responded to me!
I was offered a partial refund and can keep the item, so I’ll take it as a win. Kind of lost hope that I’d have to just eat the cost entirely. Now I attempt to fix it… somehow.

Didn’t expect to go to ER today. I’m okay, but it’s always important to listen to your body!!
TLDR; had an intense amount of pain and nurse phone line recommended going to the ER. Spent 3+ hours there, but glad it wasn’t anything awful and have to follow up with my regular doctors soon.
