This year held a lot of loss. Two friends had passed away, bonds ended, overall just getting pushed down situation after situation. It’s been a lot and even in that I still tried to extend myself to others when I shouldn’t have and poured into my own cup instead.

Its been 10hrs since I got word of Jess' passing, and its been waves of crying. Lots of anger, lots of sadness. Cheated by life and taken from us too soon. Fuck man I don't know what to do...
