A bit long, but so is the list of big $ Trump donors and allies that have been given pardons or had their sentences commuted. www.forbes.com/sites/alison...
Everyone Pardoned By Trump He Has Political Or Financial Ties To
Trump pardoned more than 70 people who helped him try to overturn the 2020 election—the latest in a string of pardons to people who have benefited the president.

There's a spot in Hell reserved for whoever's responsible for the disgusting rat's nest at the new Saco exit on the Maine Turnpike.

Here's a question #Maine voters should ask Democrats who want to run against Susan Collins: Will you vote to replace Chuck Schumer as Minority Leader?

How do you Make America Great Again if your actions screw rural America?
November 10, 2025 at 8:22 PM
I'd say Ghislaine Maxwell would make a bundle if she wrote a book when Trump commutes her sentence, but she knows there's a 95% chance she winds up like Epstein if she tries.
November 10, 2025 at 8:20 PM
Trump and Bondi are making sure that Ghislaine Maxwell is being treated better than Epstein's victims. Anyone wonder why?

So, the Democrats who caved believe a Republican pinky promise that there will be an ACA subsidy vote in December. Anyone skeptical? And even if it passes, it has to pass a House vote and/or a very likely Trump veto. They gave up leverage and essentially got nothing. #DumpSchumer

John Fetteeman (Loose Cannon-PA) might be the biggest case of political buyer's remorse of the 21st century.

Tell Sen Angus King that a number of rural Maine hospitals are on life support. Loss of ACA subsidies could be the nail in the coffin for more than one.
November 10, 2025 at 4:44 PM
Rural hospitals are already struggling. The Big Beautiful Billionaire Bill will make things much worse. Now, with ACA subsidies ending, it will be the death knell for even more rural providers and residents.
November 10, 2025 at 4:33 PM
Republicans don't compromise. Too many Democrats not only compromise, the capitulate. Getting a mere promise (non-binding) of a vote on ACA subsidies isn't compromise, it capitulation.

What one place in the U.S. that you haven't been to would you most like to visit?

Mine: Denali in Alaska

Mitch McConnell got away with stealing a SCOTUS seat from Merrick Garland. Looks like Speaker Mike Johnson (Toady-LA) is trying to pull the same scam on legally elected Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ). Anything to keep those Epstein files secret.

With the holidays approaching, if you can swing it support local merchants, farmers, restaurants, artists, craftspeople and charities. Build your community, not oligarch bank accounts.

Dear God, could the Democrats finally replace Chuck Schumer as Senate Majority Leader.

It's amazing! Trump's reporting inflation is down and employment way up. Wonder if that has anything to do with the government not reporting inflation or unemployment numbers. Nah, that would mean King Donald is a habitual and compulsive liar.
November 10, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Anyone think Democrats should have refused to vote on shutdown until Mike Johnson swore in Adelita Grijalva in the House? Time for the GOP's herculean efforts to keep the Epstein files secret to end.

Congressional Republicans have devolved into nothing more than a morally bankrupt horde of pedophile protectors.

I'll be skipping the Fox NFL Game of the Week with Herr Trump in attendance.
November 9, 2025 at 9:55 PM
Mike Johnson refuses to swear in Rep Grijalva to keep Epstein files from the American people. Only 4 Republicans have signed the discharge petition (Massie, Boebert, Taylor Greene and Mace). With a large number of GOP Reps retiring, you'd think one could summon up the courage to do the right thing

For that matter why are House members being paid. Speaker Johnson pretty much has them on perpetual vacation.
& members of congress!!

Don't you just hate plastic cling wrap that just clings to itself?

Trump will be attending a Salute to Service football game in DC tomorrow. Somehow, I think those in uniform would prefer to get paid after earlier in the week he suggested they hit food banks.

Dedication is water skiing on a #Maine river in November. Or idiocy.
