We know that conversations matter. Our randomized clinical trial (RCT) demonstrated that consistent conversations with a non-healthcare professional, with empathetic talent, can improve glycemic control “like a drug” over and above usual care. @jama.com

We know that conversations matter. Our randomized clinical trial (RCT) demonstrated that consistent conversations with a non-healthcare professional, with empathetic talent, can improve glycemic control “like a drug” over and above usual care. @jama.com
