Cataract surgery complete and all is healing, including a scratch on the right. A couple more weeks of eye drops to go. Soon, I’ll get my new eye glass prescription and learn to see again. Thank you to the Lions club and OcalaEye.com for giving me the possibility to see again. www.lionsclubs.org

Everyone bashes people elected to office without “ENOUGH” experience. However, the politicians up to this point have made a mess of this country. Maybe we should try some normal average people for once that don’t have hate and greed in their hearts. Just thinking out loud of course.

To those of you that can’t be bothered to fill out the ALT tag on images, do you just not care about blind/low vision people or are you too lazy to do it? I forget too at times but I’m seeing very few people doing this. It isn’t hard to do and it helps many who cannot see 100%

We need more common every day people running for office. It may be a tough task and road ahead, but someone that is not bought and paid for by the oligarchs and big business. We need people who can stand up and be accountable, honest, caring, respectful. Enough of the political games!

Tonight I tried to sign up @crashplan.bsky.social but it was next to impossible with visual impairment to do so. I’ve canceled it and will figure out another way to protect my files. You’d think someone somewhere would give a damn about their websites. Any lawyers want to help file a lawsuit?

I am waiting on some medication that was supposed to arrive yesterday. Tracking showed it was in my local post office. Now it shows it went back to the distribution center for delivery Monday. Hope it arrives because I’m out. Stupid USPS.
