Had a shitty day at work, where my confidence at what I donwas severely shaken. Only to have a former student contact me out of the blue to tell me how much he appreciated having me as a lecturer and how much I helped him to grow. I am now in tears.

After I spent a month in a sunny, hot climate, I am now struggling to adapt being back on the UK 🌧 I usually love autumn but this year I am not ready to say goodbye ro summer yet. I qm notnready to swap my iced matcha latte to pumpkin spice late either.

Spent the day cleaning the old apartment and found some of my old tech. Both the Polaroid and diskman still work.

A lot has been said about Lewis Hamilton and his disappointment with himself in Hungary. To me this felt so relatable after another shit day at work where no matter what I do it just doesn't feel enough. It makes me feel a bit better that even someone like Sir Lewis has moments like these.
