Frosty barrels steaming in the early morning rays. Beautiful morning of snow and sun.

Our Chuckleberry beer is finished with a homeopathic dry hop of Simcoe & Mosaic.

Inspired by an Oliver's "At The Hop" perry, dry hopped with simcoe. Not so much I could pick out the hops, but it made the pear pop like nothing I'd tried before.

A little extra sulphur to interest the nose, I think.
