the name milla has recently brought me so much pain. much like most, if not all, of my prior aliases, it's become associated with some form of despair and trauma.

this game is one of the few games that's worth it at 70 USD but if you want to wait for it to go on sale it'll be in steam winter sale! you'll just have to wait a little longer

Two things can be true: 1.) The Game Awards are meaningless and we shouldn't take them all that seriously. 2.) Award shows of its scale DO rewrite the mainstream history of the art form, whether they deserve to or not, and its okay to care that it's so thoughtless despite having that responsibility.

sometimes I miss the tetris days... however large the emphasis on "sometimes" is, there are still times where I just genuinely miss being in the community.
I'm lucky to have contact with at least some of the friends I met there still.
