Picked up my guitar for the first time since I tripped and broke a couple of fingers in March. Managed a few chords! Next challenge, get running again after smashing my knee in the same epic mishap 😅

I never met Ozzy, but always seemed like a great bloke from afar.
I did see him play from side of stage when I was working on the Warped Tour and it somewhat absurdly linked up with OzzFest in 1998 in a field in Wisconsin. It was dubbed "Skating meets Satan" as I recall!

Even if you’re not using Solid Queue… there’s a lot to learn from how @rosa.codes and the 37signals team think about job queues, retries, and scheduling.

This was a fantastically detailed talk by @coe401.bsky.social at #rubykaigi about the race to get Happy Eyeballs implemented in TCPSocket .new just in time for Ruby 3.4! Shoutout to the live translator too. That was an action packed, fast paced performance! #ruby #happyeyeballs #translator
