Signs of beauty everywhere on the #Camino de Santiago, ancient pilgrim routes coming together at the tomb of St. James in Santiago de Compostela in northwest Spain. I am inspired. Wouldn’t it be cool to also establish bathing focused pilgrimage routes all over the world? Working on it…😊

Yesterday I binge-watched the 7 parts of the wonderful "Perfect Sweat" by sweat maven Mikkel Aaland—A joyous filming by him & his friends of saunas, other baths, & aufguss around the world. Great intro for non sauna bathers, & a revelation to those only used to local authority or health club saunas.
