I think Canada should invite California to become a Province of Canada - maybe Michigan too - after all we took Detroit once in the war of 1812 maybe we should ask for it back lol no more stupid than wanting the Panama Canal!

What gets me are those thousands of Trump supporters who belong to the so called religious right and attend church and profess Christianity yet they see nothing wrong with hunting people locking them in cages families of women and children and old people. What happened to love thy neighbour?

So one player on a team who uses religion as a reason not to support the gay community can determine the action of a whole team. Disgraceful. If he can’t support GBLTQ+ for any reason then fine let him sit it out. Using teamwork as an excuse for the others joining him is insulting.

A word about pre-existing conditions on medical policies. Is there anyone who may not have something wrong medically who at this time has no knowledge of it? Of course- most of us.
It is ridiculous for insurance companies to refuse to pay when you have not been diagnosed.

I can’t speak for anyone else but I am getting tired of the leadership of the native peoples in Canada bickering with one another and blaming the government and everyone else when they can’t get their own act in order. It would be nice to know WHO speaks for them?

We Canadians have a Constitution and it’s pretty damned good.
There is one big problem though - we have a stupid thing called a “ notwithstanding clause” which effectively negates the constitution if some politicians don’t like some of its values. It’s disgraceful that it can be invoked
