From a recent session with my friend and long-time collaborator, John Ripley. We’ve played together for years, and every time we get the chance, it reminds me why I love making music. The connection, the spontaneity, and the shared language that doesn’t need words.

Hope you enjoy a glimpse of it.

Writing books is no different than making music, you get better by surrounding yourself with people who share the craft. Connecting with writers builds community, sparks ideas, and makes the work less solitary. I always encourage writers to reach out. Some of my best friendships started that way.

Meet Mike Puppetonio. Same fire, same fight for the truth… just with significantly more felt and questionable hair choices.

Stay tuned.
