I ran away from the southern U.S. because I don’t sweat. Nerve damage had destroyed any hope of a normal life. Today I walked across town in 5 degree weather and I didn’t overheat. I will take the small wins even in bone chilling weather!

I have autonomic dysfunction. I am building a life in a wild cold world to limit my symptoms that leave me more like a #chronicillness zombie with a sleeping disorder. Today was bad with projectile vomiting and constant cardiac flutters yet I’m still better off than I deserve.
