Coming back to this, unfortunately I think the Rotting Deer Corpse showing up outside my house was a bad omen, shocker. The only good thing that happened to me I did in spite of the circumstances.
In weirder news, I had to help my dad get the head off of a dead buck he found in the woods. I haven't seen one like that around in a few years at least. Still debating if that's a good or bad omen for 2025.
