#ShandaVanderArk is petitioning the court for a new trial this morning. Her atty claims she was not competent during her last trial. Did he forget she took the stand?? Those lies were pretty elaborate. Just because she's not smart enough to get away with murder, it doesn't mean she's incompetent.

#LoriVallowDaybell knows EXACTLY what she's doing. The leading questions and testifying while performing her cross examination of witnesses is getting her narrative out without taking the stand. It's an unethical tactic by attys but she can get away with it, feigning ignorance.
