This morning’s taper longish run brought to me by a low key meetup with a friend at her son’s lacrosse tryouts. Grateful to be in a super runnable community where many of us could run from home and be dropped along the route! 1 week til Seneca Creek 50k. Going for a PR! 🤞🏼
