A large naked man with a massive, oversized belly sits on the floor of a prison cell. His arms are held up by manacles on his wrists, chained to a wall. A man's wriggling leg sticks out of the big man's mouth, the rest of him having already been swallowed. The mostly swallowed man screams "please! Nooo". A skull and bones of previous victims lay on the floor. On the outside of the cell, on the other side of the bars, a prison guard is holding another prisoner, who awaits his turn to be gulped down.
