A Subway died a couple of blocks away from my apartment. I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but it could be worse; it could be leaving a shell of a building where the last thing left was the inset logo, which they sandblasted out days later.

A pine that survived the fires a few years back in the Columbia Gorge.

A rough rail with good color, It was cold that week, and the trees behind the railing just beginning to go red, and the green is starting to look like parsley. The red and yellow goes well with a turquoise peeling paint that looks like a shore.
