I can no longer ski so my son Dan took me slalom wheelchair skiing out St James’
I am being admitted to the palliative care unit at Wansbeck hospital in the morning, they expect me to be with them for up to a week. Hopefully they will be able to get on top on my pain levels

I have not posted much recently, been feeling really under the weather and the last batch of chemo knocked me of my feet. The constant pain is so tiring #cancer

Feeling great today so spent time in my garden - planted a Holly tree in one part and a wild cherry tree in the BBQ area of the garden, have a silver birch to plant later this month

When I got my second diagnosis in August I lost 2 stone in weight in a month. The key thing in fighting this cancer is not to lose weight. Since my celiac block 10 days ago I have put 4lbs on. This is so encouraging #cancer

The celiac block that I had on Tuesday at the Freeman appears to have worked. Pain vastly reduced so heading into Newcastle today with my wife to Christmas shop for the kids. Will have some lunch aswell
