Halfway through reading Shogun for the first time and constantly delighted by 1) how faithfully the show adapted it, 2) how much more depth there still is in the book, and 3) how Blackthorne is even more feral on the page. This dude HATES bathing.

Watched the first two Mission: Impossible movies yesterday for the first time and I was surprised because those missions seemed very doable but I was not prepared for the amount of face-ripping reveals. 10/10.
