I think there's a genuine dialectical movement from tragedy to tragicomedy to comedy and Hegel mistook this movement for philosophy. I'm most interested in tragicomedy as a problem for capitalism

Claude is explicitly designed to protect the status quo, predictably. One wonders if the US government is computed to be legitimate by Claude at this point.

In the first philosophy class I took, my professor, God bless her, told me that she isn't allowed to tell us to overthrow the US government by because of her contract. In the Amanda Askell Claude NYT interview they talk about a section in the "Claude Constitution" where Claude is never to be used

Look, I believe in casts, but if a parent has strongly-held anti-cast beliefs, they should be allowed to let their kidโs broken arm grow back all floppy and fucked up, even to the point of lifelong, debilitating pain. And thatโs not child abuse because a kidโs bones are their parentsโ property
