I was commissioned to draw one of their vampire characters. The shadowy bird protects her from the sun. I actually drew the bird traditionally using watercolors and I just incorporated it the digital illustration.

I pursued an art career because I don't want to deal with people anymore. Sadly, the truth is that art career doesn't mean you're just sitting in your room drawing all day every day.

I finally got to render this after the first psd got corrupted due to BSOD and I had to re-do the inks and flat colors.

Got a new gig going. I'm literally juggling multiple illustrations which is a good thing because it keeps the anxiety away and more moneys pay the bills.
