I generally don't post that much during NFL games but JFC with that officiating. It was bad all game but to bail out Philly like that with an absurd DPI is just a new level of awfulness. Looking forward to some BS from the NFL justifying yet another game of this garbage.

8-2 Alabama is going to get a lot of credit for wins that don't look all that great now and not dinged enough for a bad loss that would sink other teams.

A true freshman being given that punt return call says something about Morgan's future at UM. They didn't trust him enough and I don't blame them.

Defense seemingly held up strong there. But I suspect we're going to have a "USC 2024" drive wherein all they do is run the ball unless absolutely necessary.

I can't watch the game now but just seeing the last two runs leads me to believe UM is now down all their RBs.

Yeah, absolutely not good at all. They were up 21-9 and in 3 offensive plays are now down. Gotta bear down here and pull it back.

NW has had 2 plays over 10 yards - passes of 17 yards and 36 yards - and have 6 points. Michigan has had 11 and only 7 points. This game is awful and I hate it.

Credit to the defense for holding NW to 3 after that 36-yard completion, but this is just another really annoying NW game and I don't see that changing.

This is absolutely the type of annoying game where UM is going to have ~100 more yards at half time and yet either be slightly leading or trailing.

A&M getting worked over by a really mediocre SC team wasn't quite what I expected in this early slate. Also, IU has been playing with fire a bit these past handful of games and they probably shouldn't try it again with Wisconsin.

That's exactly the type of drive you want out of the defense following a TD. Just shut NW off and give the offense okay field position.

It's crazy that Marshall is probably putting up 12+ TDs in a year where he basically only got meaningful carries in half the games.
