Why do " we" need a ballroom that is almost twice as big as the Whitehouse? 55,000 square feet versus a 90,000 square foot ballroom. This monstrosity will draw the Whitehouse. Even if a ballroom is needed, does it have to be so ostentatious and gargantuan?
