I’m officially 3 weeks dry. The scale hasn’t changed much but the mirror shows otherwise. Sleep schedule has been regular. Cognitive function is better. Energy and focus levels have been consistent.
Definitely recommend an alcohol-free phase before and after the holidays.

Our youngest turns 3 today and it's been way more emotional than expected. We're very fortunate to be parents to two healthy and happy kids but knowing we're past that time of seeing them go from potato to person is bittersweet. 2 was such a fun age.
