It's Shredding Sunday! Here is me attempting Florence, the 3rd song off of Polyphia's Renaissance album. It's a relatively straightforward song in 6/8 with some nice solos and melodies.

The 2nd song off of Polyphia's Renaissance album, Light is a more commercial offering. The hook has a very disco-ish feel, with some hints of classic rock and a jazzy breakdown. Even though it's one of their more accessible tunes, it's deceptively difficult.

The last song off of Polyphia's Muse album, this piece is a great way to end an otherwise dynamic album. It contains a lof of what maybe Polyphia...well...Polyphia! A strong a catchy melody, tight unison/harmony rhythms, dynamics, emotive sections, everything!

Taking on the penultimate song of the Muse album, Baditude is a funky, up-tempo song with a lot of tricky licks. Also, some nice, tasty shreddy guitar solos by the featured guitarists at the end. I have to laugh at how much I move my mouth when I play haha.

This piece is very Polyphia of this era. It has it all. Union/harmony lines, crazy hard solos, dynamics, melody, a hook, and guest guitarist. Not an easy piece to pull off because of all of the nuance. My rendition is far from perfect, but I hope you still enjoy it.

Continuing my exploration of the Polyphia discography, next up is Champagne! This piece starts off with infectious and groove hook that reprises throughout the song. Very fun piece to perform and just sit back and listen to!
