#Gibraltar - 26/01 - mostly cloudy with some showery outbreaks of rain at times through the day, and a fresh or strong and blustery West or West-Southwesterly. A touch milder than recent days with Max 17.4C, although it might not have felt it in the breeze.

As mentioned this morning, we understood Met Office forecasters had announced that there was a Weather Advisory issued for tonight (from 4am Tues) - @ 1:30pm, nothing has been published on social media platforms so unfortunately we are unable to pass on any more details for now.

#Gibraltar - latest radar at 1:25pm, 26/01 - some rain/ drizzle now returned across the area, also the Rock, but not all showing up on the radar.

#Gibraltar #Midtown - 26/01 - it was a cloudy, blustery and wet start to the day with further showers affecting the Rock, but having eased through the morning/ for now - at midday, the temperature has reached 17C, in a fresh Westerly, blowing stronger south towards Europa Point.

As MeteoGib had been flagging up over the last few days, re some Gale force winds to come - we understand that a Weather Advisory for Gale force winds has now been issued by the Met Office, valid from 4am, Tues 27th Jan.

When we get full details we will post a further update.

#Iberia temps at 7am, 26/01 - coldest to the N this morning with some further frost, with Tavescan -4C, Cervera de Pisuerga -1C and several at 0C including Reinosa, Sigüenza & Benasque.

Warmest to be found on S/ E coasts with #Gibraltar & Algeciras 16C, also Cartagena & Alicante.

#Gibraltar - latest radar at 4:30pm, 25/01 - showers still affecting the area but now more scattered - temperatures so far have made 15.8C on the MeteoGib Weather Station, while 16C at the Airport, Max gust still to 33kts or 61 km/h.

#Gibraltar - latest radar at 8am, 25/01 - shows showers are now gathering to our NW, some heavy.

We're now into milder air and the snowline has come up so that any snow risk is just likely on the top of the higher nearby Sierras (snowline 1600m first thing, rising 1900m).

A fresh or strong West or West-Southwesterly soon picking up, becoming especially gusty in showers, with gusts perhaps near Gale force. Around 15C.
