I’m a little late to post this but I finally Watched Guillermo Del Toro’s Frankenstein and it exceeded my expectations. It finally came to my town and I’ve already convinced several coworkers to go watch it in a theater.

Started medication for ADHD and I still feel like me so that’s nice. I still have noise and an internal monologue in my head but it might be a smidge more quiet? IDK

Needed to sit with this a couple days because this messed me up. I haven’t been in the best headspace lately because I feel like our country is several dead canaries in this coal mine so maybe this wasn’t the best film to watch.

I finally saw #thebandghost last night in Chicago. I gave away 50 bracelets, got a crisp mummy dust from Vanessa when I gave her my favorite Umbra bracelet, and they played some of my favorite songs (Spirit, Prime Mover, Per Aspera Ad Inferi). I’m going to be riding this high for a while.

I just spent over an hour filling out online intake forms for a scheduled ADHD assessment only to discover that the person who will be doing the assessment only thinks of ADHD as it pertains to male children and not adult women in their late 40s. Wife had a horrible experience-
