Weight loss target reached this morning. It’s now total -16,5 kg and over -20kg from the worst situation. I decided to do it and I did it. I’ll now head to the summer cottage. Maybe I’ll have a couple of sauna drinks too.

Reached my primary weight loss target this morning. -13kg in 3 months. I’m happy. -3kg to go and then I’ll hold it there and concentrate on gains in weight training by consuming more energy I’ve been short of. Eventually the weight starts to rise but it won’t be fat.
