Frankly, I'm increasingly convinced that none of us--not even the most experienced among us with the rise of authoritarian regimes--know how to deal with what is happening in the U.S. now. Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps I'm overstating the uniqueness of the current experience. But there is no doubt...
