Again, a federal court fails in evaluation of an injunction.

If the injunction is too broad, what is the harm in letting it stand until a more specific one can replace it? Nothing.

Conversely, if the injunction is stayed until it can be made "just right," what is the harm? Death and mayhem.

He was the primary caretaker of his son, who died last week.

The family is seeking Maher's release so he can attend his son's funeral.
