Going away and spending time with friends for a few days was very needed for my mental health. Been home for a little over 12 hours and already feeling depressed/stressed/uncomfortably anxious yet again. Thank goodness I’m off today too for a doctor’s appointment.

Not sure if I should continue with the new therapist I was placed with who told me she doesn’t follow the news so she was confused why I’m so horribly anxious and why I’m so stressed at work. 😵💫

Writing my own self evaluation at work is extremely stressful but stopping to look at my phone and see the Rilo Kiley news helped a lot.

The Septa news has me all worked up. Trying not to dwell/doomscroll about it. It’s been a primary transportation mode for me from high school through now! It’s the reason I didn’t get my license till I was in my 30s! My household is trying to use our car less, not more! Just fund the damn system.

This hotel tv has Netflix so Georg and I have been rewatching Detroiters before going to sleep every night this week and it might be even better on a rewatch. Also weirdly might become a new comfort show for me?

What kind of musicals do you like, Meredith? Well, this year alone I’ve seen two that feature a hanging, if that gives you any idea. (This is also why I get frustrated when people think they’re all happy, fun, silly entertainment.)

I know not everyone feels this way, and I respect that, but getting an official diagnosis for my ✨ neurodivergencies ✨ today felt like an enormous weight was taken off my shoulders. Anyway, go Phils!

I pushed a Roman dude with a blow out and an Italian flag case on his Nokia phone out of my way so my friend’s aunt could pick us up from the very crowded bus home from Center City on 9/11 and I think about it every year
