For context, he had asked me how I was doing tonight and that was a loaded question as I've been battling my depression like hell today and I kinda trauma dumped my recent divorce on him...

I fully admitted to him I havnt over the last 11 years we've been out of touch but I've been learning how to more recently.
But it's hard to when you look at everything you've went through and it's been nothing but 💩
