I've yet to see a satisfying explanation for why:
1. Hasan screams at his dog after she takes a single step off her mat after peaceful laying there for over 2 hours
2. After the dog yelps, he does not check on her at all, just calls her a baby and spoiled.

There's no point trying to autopsy this. A 2016 autopsy is finding a mass on the liver that wasn't properly accounted for. A 2024 autopsy is cutting the guy open and finding everything below the skin was tumors in the shape of a person.
