Patate vastase alla trapanese is a simple but tasty potato casserole dish from Trapani in Sicily. The potatoes are mixed with tomato, onions and oregano, while mozzarella provides a rich and creamy topping. A combination of flavors vaguely reminiscent of pizza and nearly as delicious.
