Amanda Pohl, candidate for congress in VA01, joining the fight for the people, with the people.
Just joined folks from across the district in Henrico to protest Rob Wittman’s Big, Ugly Bill of Betrayal to us.

I’m committed to fighting back against folks like Wittman who only serve themselves — not the people.

It’s always a great day to be a Virginia Democrat especially on BCG night!

The Jay Jones campaign is looking for folks to staff polling locations for primary day. It’s one of the most fun and rewarding ways to help out!

Virginians cannot be bought, but Shannon Taylor just proved she can be.

We are less than two weeks away from primary day. Many people believe there are no wrong choices in some of these races, but I’d like to take a moment to point out something significant that occurred.

Is anyone surprised Rep. Wittman voted in favor in this massive cut to Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP in spite of saying he wouldn’t? No? Me either. Predictable for someone with his record of voting for what’s best for Musk/Trump instead of his constituents. Truly disgusting and indefensible.
turns out the GOP budget bill adds so much to deficits that it will automatically trigger cuts to Medicare (not just Medicaid).
Older voters unlikely to be happy about this when word gets out

*THREE YEARS* ago I spoke with Tyler Layne about the concerns of Bon Secours putting their profit over patients’ needs as someone that had their treatment gouged.

My toxic trait is whenever news comes out about Trump and his cabinet picks I think to myself: “if they locked me in a room with them I could break them.” It’s like “I could fix him” but worse.

It’s been an honor to attend the White House’s Christmas Tour every year since the start of the Biden-Harris Admin.

This year’s theme: A "Season of Peace and Light."

Each room is guided by faith, family, service to our country, kindness toward our neighbors, and the power of community.
