Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! As a Puerto Rican woman, this years celebration is especially important to me as Spanish people are being kidnapped by masked individuals. And now with SCOTUS' ruling, simply looking Spanish will make you a target. Never forget, diversity is what makes us great.

I must admit, I am crying at the thought of what this bill will do to the country. And within these tears is the fear of what ICE will now be able to get away with due to the additional power the bill gives them. I was barely safe before & now it's only going to get worse.

In 1917, Congress passed the Jones Act, granting citizenship to Puerto Ricans. All this regime has to do is write one EO to put a bigger target on our backs. And now with SCOTUS' ruling, birthright citizenship to any Puerto Rican born in the states could be stripped.

That includes me and my family.

SCOTUS just made a horrifying decision in terms of Planned Parenthood, simply because the GOP can't get their heads out of women's uteruses. This decision will have dire consequences, especially for low-income patients.

On Saturday, we did an overdue cleaning of the library. We removed all books and wiped down the shelves with soap & water. We also touched up the paint on the outside and sprayed it with UV protection.

We do it every year to keep the library in top shape.

What the actual fuck!? The only students who would be mensurating are cis-girls and trans-boys. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason that a school band would need to know this information. I don't care what "excuse" they have. This is about control. This is about humiliation. This is about power. Period!

The so-called "Pro-life" party is deporting a 4-year-old girl who will die without the treatment she is currently receiving. This story is appalling. It is proof that the GOP doesn't care about life. They don't care about children. They care about control.

Broadway in Boston Adventure: Kimberly Akimbo. I didn't expect to be taken back to high school in New Jersey in the 90s as a Show Choir kid at a skating rink.
