Welcome to sinus issues hell. It's been lingering for like 2 weeks, nothing horrible. Last 2 days my ear is in pain and it's been radiating to my jaw. Got the good meds finally. Feeling stoned but the pain is lessened. Maybe one more day. Maybe.

Awake. Heartburn and acid reflux but it was worth it. Vietnamese coffee is so good. Couldn't sleep either because the brain is on overdrive due to everything. Husband is snoring so I opted to sleep on the couch. Proceeded to pull my back muscle grabbing clothes for the morning. Yay.

Brain weasels lead to cooking today. Greek yogurt marinated chicken with homemade tzatziki over rice with a side Greek salad and naan. Made rice krispie treats and just prepped bread for the morning.

I was able to find some family members on FB that I haven't seen in over 20 years. I am glad I am not friends because they would have been blocked, out the space lock, adios! I am not shocked or surprised.
