The shy one is warming up to me more, he'll cuddle and purr on my lap now. He's slowly gaining weight, but still has a ways to go

These are 2 strays that frequent my porch for food. I'm happy to see that one is consistently using the heated shelter, and the other has claimed a fleece-lined box I left out.

Its getting pretty cold out, so I'm confident they'll survive the winter now.
