Work has been hard- I got my first ever bad review of myself after 3 years of pouring my heart ❤️ into community health ❤️- I will sooner be promoted into a new better position but not sure how much more micro managing I can do. Sorry just frustrated

Menopause day 1 million. I have an appetite and have gained over 30 pounds. I currently hate my body because this is the heaviest I have been. Just venting but really feeling like I am not in control of my body. So I hate menopause and being 42 with it sucks !!

So I am about back to my normal self after this last covid sickness. The only thing is I still can not taste or smell anything at all. I hope I get these senses back soon ❤️
