Is Q hypocritical here? The Enterprise's helping The Bandi isn’t commendable to him.
So it is cool for Q to sideline himself while Bandi lives AND some unknown space entities are at stake?
I wonder if the whole Farpoint mission is a contained Q test? There's too much in the balance. Is Q barbaric?

We're so quick to separate the saucer here. How much of this was a knee-jerk fight and flight reaction vs. production hustling out this new fun spectacle to draw in viewers? It's cool but feels a bit forced.
