Why I love aerial cause I can fake a split! LOL
I feel being a good example! I am always the heaviest or one the heaviest in my classes, and Im doing things I thought I wouldn't be able to so show them heauxes!

I'm coming out my kid's first battle with something flu like that included puke and just viral nastiness... and I haven't down anything outside of a shoulder stand in a week.
YEAH! I'm learning I gotta set little goals cause time isn't want it used to be.

Omg I was in such good shape prebaby and now that kiddo is 4, I'm trying to get back to that to at least have my old tricks but the road is tough finding time and energy... It's so important we have that and that's awesome you're doing cardio kickboxing!! I need more cardio.

I tried adult gym, and my body hated the trampoline.
I do aerial silks now and love it, but my first love is pole. I also loved lyra when I tried it but man did it bruise me. I'm an aerial circus girl... I don't have the discipline to learn to fight lol
