My new med, Pristiq, causes nightmares. I woke Pete up with my screaming and crying the other night. I went back on Effexor but I'm weaning myself off of antidepressants. I’ll be taking a naturopathic approach, and using IFS tools and bibliotherapy. Emotionally, I feel really good so far.

I’m teaching myself mold making and resin casting. I combined a soap mold with a moon mold to make the prototype (left). On the right is my test cast with UV resin. It didn’t cure the way I expected (I may have to use AB resin for this sort of casting), but I kinda like the rustic appearance.
