Zuck apparently saying that companies need more masculinity is hilarious, considering there is about zero healthy feminine influence in most companies, certainly not in the tech world. Any attempts that have been made have been performative, so of course it doesn’t work.

If we really want change, we have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and be willing to make sacrifices that inconvenience us. We cannot keep complaining about the toxic cycle that we’re actively feeding with our own actions, just because it’s easier. We have to do hard things.
