It’s a bit wet and wild outside today! I have spent the morning working on this gorgeous lionfish before I crack on with my next commission this afternoon. I absolutely adore the vibrant colours in this one and it is wonderful to be working on something so different!

Still not a lot of art happening here as I’m looking after Frida and now also have a flu bug 😷🤒🤧 - so here is a little ‘puppy tax’ of the little trouble maker herself (she is doing well - just bored and fed up with having to stay calm!)

I still have a couple of layers to go on her ‘dark ear’ but hear is progress on beautiful Bella! I haven’t been able to work on her portrait the last few days while looking after Frida - but I look forward to being able to work on her over the weekend!

More progress on beautiful bearded collie cross border collie, Bella! I really love capturing white fur - it reflects all the colours of the environment so there are always beautiful shades of blues, greens, purples and pinks!
