I really think Gyokeres is in his element coming off the bench, it's stupid to say when he cost so much but the game needs to be a bit more stretched for him to show his skills

The weight of 22 years since we won the league is real. The team must feel it and the fans definitely don't forget it. This was never meant to be easy, if it was we would have won it in that time.

I do agree with this statement but can't help but think winning a cup final in March for a team who has continually just missed out on our goals would do wonders for our player's belief.
I know I'm not allowed to say the League Cup isn't important to me, but am I allowed to say that 2 legs of Chelsea's prison-rules football in January doesn't seem like something we need given our priorities this season?
