I had not realized until it was pointed out today, that this week marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Robert F. Kennedy. While it is a shame about his awful son, I can't help but note Bobby was singular and we really haven't seen his kind since. We've all missed out.

I devoured the new @ianleslie.bsky.social book "John & Paul"-with help from Macca the dog. Such a great examination through song of the 20th Century's greatest bromance.
I did not expect such emotional ruin to come in the chapter titled "Martha, My Dear" and yet my eyes watered.
Much recommended!

There's probably no better way to celebrate than a re-watch of one of his finest, most enduring films, "The Awful Truth." Just comedy gold in every scene.
