Hi! During the month of October I participated in a Capture The Flag Event hosted by Huntress.
I slacked a lot, and didn't do write ups when I should have, but I've finished up and posted the Malware challenges I did solve on My GitHub.

I've been reading a lot lately. I finished my book this morning before work, I also got bored of music and started listening to audiobooks. I should finish this book today too.
Two books down right before vacation is a nice feeling.

I feel like all I do is complain about my job, but I couldn't log into one of our clients firewalls. I recalled that one of my techs factory reset it, turns out he never changed the password.
So this device publicly available to the internet had a default password.... Why the hell did he do that?

One thing I like to do. If I see a person posting about their hobby and I know nothing about it. I like to comment and compliment them. I'll probably never see them again, but it's still cool that they made it, and I think we all should smile more. Post about your hobbies. I'll support you.

My day started with an end user calling me saying "I need my files in one drive to sync faster, and I have more desktop files than I did yesterday, I need them removed. I don't have time to do it."

My website is available. This is kinda just a me page with my stuff. It's super basic, as I don't know webdev that well, I also don't have a ton of content yet, but I have delayed getting the server set up long enough. Silksong is fun though.

I don't understand how people use Windows. I just set up a new Windows installation on a PC I go to install updates. Updates are done I click the restart now button. And get an error that says "We're having problems restarting the computer, please try again later."

Weird issue today. We have a camera that only starts failing when the NVR tries to connect.
If you access the camera by IP it works. Once an NVR attempts to connect it appears to get stuck in an initialization loop.
I installed 3 different firmware versions and no fix.
And used two separate NVRs

I've been trying to draw with CSS, and all my shapes were like layers of basic shapes. I learned about clip-path today, and my life with complex shapes is changing.
Side note the Honeypot stuff is done, I'm just doing general website design because I gotta make it my own.

I got the privilege to see an early showing of Demon Slayer Infinity Castle.
It was animated so incredibly well. Glad to see the story come to life.
