I am having an amazing time playing Avowed. It’s pretty, colorful, detailed, and deep. Based in the Pillars of Eternity universe. Combat is fun, story is engaging. The gaming world is can be hypercritical, so I don’t usually look at reviews for games until I’m done with them.

For profit healthcare has a huge flaw no talks about. Namely, profitable business models don’t cure their patients, they only treat symptoms to create dependency. Curing patients and permanently treating diseases lessens the consumer pool. Imagine if weren’t a business and was a service instead.
